NOC
Hi am currently working in a private firm, and will be getting an NOC as I got another offer. My family is also here in Doha with me. Please clarify the process of getting in to the new Visa. I have to go out and come back on the new Visa. What about my wife and kids?

they are right, if you will be given the NOC, you don't need to go out of the country. Your visa will just simple transfer to your new employer and your family will not be affected..

No matter u r locally hired or from outside. As far as u r able to get NOC u can join another firm without u or ur family exiting from Qatar. So just chill and start the process of transferring....
if ur local hired u don't hv to exit or your family.
