I have work permit in qatar up to december 2008. I got a job offer from another company in qatar. But now i am in india for vaccation. is it possible to cancell my visa and get NOC from current employer without going there?

Secure NOC to transfer first. Then, process release while in Qatar. If they cancel your VISA while on Vacation, chances are, you won't be able to come back and wait for another 2 yrs.
