NO RP, New Work, Transfer Sponsor

Hi. I just need some clarification of my status.

I entered Qatar last October 2008, working visa. I worked in a company here for 3months. Due to recesion, we are terminated and they ask us to look for job. Once we have the job offer we can present it to them and they will give NOC. When I checked the status of my Residence Permit, they did not process it.

Do I need to exit Qatar since no RP process to me? What will happen?

Please help, I have hard time talking to my employer.

yes.. im also wondering why no RP process for us. I am done with my medical and finger printing last November or December if I'm not mistaken. I received my NOC and submit it already to new sponsor. I'm waiting for my new visa from my new sponsor.

Good thing you mentioned the fine of QR10 per day. I talked to my old sponsor and they said that I need to pay the fine.

thanks for your advise.. i need to get opinion from you because i have hard time talking to people...

am just curious about ur nick, eh.

It will be more than 4 months since you came and just wonder why your company did not process your Resident Permit yet. Did you do your medical and finger printing already? If it is a working visa, it might be a business visit visa or a blue visa.

Did you check with your Mandoob regarding this matter? for all I know it is the responsibility of your employer to process your Resident Permit within 1 month from the time of your arrival, unless they will pay the fine.

A fine should be paid (QR 10.00 per day, after three months of your arrival) prior to your transfer to another Company after a NOC has been obtained. No need for you to exit the Country.

Dear, You yes you can get sponsorship changing with no objection letter from your sponsor with company immigration card copy and the new company should have the approval from labor committee for your nationalty to apply for a new visa to the immigration department after paying the fine

you have to do the medical examination again and fingerprints, after the immigration approval for your new visa.
