No Objection Letter from my Wife's Company

My Wife is currently under her company's sponsorship and I am planning to apply a visa for her to be a Husband Sponsor. or under my Sponsorship

I just wanted to know if my wife NOC is needed or required upon applying a husband sponsorship. OR it will be needed after the application has been approved?

What if the company doesn't allow her ? is there any rules or law about it ?
