Hi QLers, hope you could guide me as to what's the best thing to do if my company refuses to give me NOC for transferring my sponsorship to husband's. I am pregnant and my due date will be on march2014. have seen some threads about the necessity of transferring into husband sponsorship to be able to get visa for the newly born.

Well what I would suggest is to cancel your visa and then return home and come back immediately under husband sponsorship. The 2 year ban is only for people working in company visa and willing to join another company and not under personal sponsorship.
