Ask from the landlord OR let your husband company give a letter confirming that accommodation is provided by the company. I think that will do.

It is not mandatory in sometimes, i was also not having electricity bill, i explained the situation they agreed, however as said by other users please try with Landlord as well.

get it from your landlord, tell them electricity bills are being paid by him.
