next step for approved visa from Labor?

My application to tranfer my visa from working visa to my husband sponsorship was approved by Labor, however when we went to immigration with the approved letter from Labor they told us to submit again the same requirements like NOC etc..
We are so confused, please what really are the procedures after getting approval from Labor?

check with your husband's company mandoob. for sure he knows.....and he can help...that's how it is here in our company, he does everything :)
