is new visa rule going affect sharing family

Can somebody help me with this
i was leaving in this country for 4 years i never had the salary requirement to bring my family here however, i was able to bring them once in a while on visit visa now after all theese years i have started receiving my salary more than 10k, and i thought of applying for permenant family visa. but, after i read an forum topic posted by another expat like me this morning i am in doubt wether i will be able to do the proceedings because like most of the expats here in doha even i live in a independent sharing portion of an villa with another families out of which only one person holds the rental contract with the actual landloard of the villa rest all of us has got contract with this person, now my doubt is will my contract be stampd
by the baladiya since i am sub leased by another tenant of the same building .last week when i asked him he gave me his id copy and e/w bill which proves that the building is in his name but still he is not the landloard, if not do i have to go for an accomadation directly with an qatari landloard elsewhere,
i think if thats the case even my new salary wont be enough since its very expensive in here
Dear if your sponsor is a strong qatari and you have a GM or above designation in your ID, 99.99% you will get through easily without any hastles. Else its gona be a very tough job, also if the sponsor could go in person for you 100% they will issue visa.
I feel no rules counts when the sponsor visits himself.
Just though of sharing my views from what i have seen.
It will be helpful to all those looking forward to have the permanent Family residence visa if a list of documents required by the authorities concerned is provided. So please provide the same.
Ps, If you can show that you are earning 10k while submitting your application and are able to furnish all the documents required by the authorities, then you shouldn't have a problem.
Just find out from your mandoop what you need to do, and proceed. The rules have become strict, but don't assume anything without trying.
