New Regulation for Business/Tourist Visa

Hi there.. Im new here..

My friend in Qatar just told me that there is a new regulation from the Immigration which gives only 1 month for business/tourist visa. You cannot renew or extend it and after the 1 month expires you need to exit from Qatar and you can only come back after 2 months. IS THIS TRUE?
