New Employer Taken Labour Visa after getting NOC
Dear QL Members,
My Friend was working as a Engineer in Qatar with Company A. Since his Termination with Company A, he got a Job in Company B. After his Exit from Qatar, Company B have taken a Visa for him but they have taken him a Labour Visa using the NOC given by Company A. Now after contacting company B, they are doing nothing and not willing to change it to Engineer Visa and he isn't not ready to come under Labour visa to Company B. Now if he get a job from Company C which will be able to provide him Engineer Visa and as well as he can obtain another NOC from Company A, he can Join Company C or he has to request Company B to cancel their Visa? If Company B denies to cancel his visa, what he have to do? Wait for 6 months until his Visa expires? Kindly give your suggestions. Please no silly/funny comments.

Company B has to cancel his visa and get a new NOC from Company A. To get Engineer visa, the person has to get his education document attested. You can get more info on attestation from www.asiaattestation.com
Thanks to Both. So Company B have to cancel their visa in order to Apply a new Visa by Company C using Company A's another NOC. But what if Company B decided to not to cancel his Visa? Is there is any way to get a Visa or after 6 months once the Visa automatically expired and then only he can ask Company C to apply for a new visa?
Any new visa can be get only when all previous visas are cancelled.
If Company B is holding a visa in his name Company C will not be able to get a visa for your friend. The visa taken by Company B should be cancelled.
