Iam an Indian & working in a Company at Qatar.The Company MD is out of Qatar as he has banned for 2 years & my company sponsor fee is pending for 2 months.Did this harm in taking my exit permit during my vacation as iam the only guy in the Office having same company Visa.As sponser is the only signature authority in Computer card.

Please help me to find a perfect solution.

Financial loan means its directly related to me not the company.Please clarify as I had no any other loan regarding financial process. Is that possible to return back in that visa.

you can go to labor department and ask for a referral letter to court for an exit permit. since your MD is not in Doha they can give you exit permit provided you dont have any criminal case or financial loans. if your visa is expired then you cannot renew and therefore you cannot come back.
