Basically, I have NOC to be provided by my previous company. The thing now is, im having less than a year of my work visa with them ( 6 months to be exact). Now, the company having financial difficulties and decided to lay me off. the question is, am I legible to look for another work even i have less than a year with my work visa?coz, based from i have heard around (here say)..that i need to have at least a year experience from my previous company. how will that poassible when the company is having financial difficulties and in a verge of bankruptcy... can anyone clear this for me? can i apply for other work even i have less than a year with my work visa?
thanks daffodil, how do u know all this?ever witness similar situation like mine? its a great help...appreciate it alot! hope you are right..im just confused now. have a nice day!:)
You cannot transfer the visa if its less than a year. But you could do the following:1. You can work with another company/sponsor on a secondment (for 6 months), provided your currect company allow this. By doing this you will be completing one year and you transfer your sponsorship.2. Since the company is giving you NOC, go out and come back on new visa. The first option can be risky, if their official licenses/computer cards expires by the time you reach one year.
