also, i assume that your company has already submitted your labour contract with the labour department. if not done, then you will need to get 4-5 copies of labour contract filled and signed + stamped from your sponsor and submitted to the labour department on c ring road (near american hospital).

Also, the form that you fill for the visa must also be signed + stamped from your employer and same with the NOC as well.

You do qualify for applying for a family visit visa for your wife and child.

1) You will need a noc from your company typed in Arabic and signed by the sponsor.

2) Download the form from the moi website and get it filled in Arabic.

3) You will need a copy of your marriage certificate and the child's birth certificate attested at the Indian embassy here (they will only attest a copy but you need to carry the originals as proof). If you plan to convert the visit visa of your family to RP, then get both the docs attested by MEA in India as well.

4) Take a copy of your ID card, The copies of your wife and child's passports (first and last page).

go to any immigration centre in Qatar (i know of centres in gharaffa and messeimer) and apply for a family visit visa. The process doesnt take much long. They will collect the fees and give you the receipt. You can find the status within a day or 2 on their website.

if your salary is transferred through the bank and you are able to provide the bank statement this will be sufficient for you to be eligible for applying the visa. Also if you can provide a letter from the company, it will double the chances.... all the best
