Hello,
I had tried to apply for visit visa for my mother (age<60). I went to the immigration in abu hamour. i was told to bring a employee contract from labour department.
Does anyone know anything regarding this !!! How to get that ???

Thankyou All for your replies.

I had the NOC copy from my company. But that did not suffice. I will have to try in garrafa.

The immigration dept want to know where you work and how much you get paid. Your employer should just give you such a letter.

You should have a copy of your employment contract with you. Also you have to give a No objection letter from your sponsor along with your salary certificate and bank statement (I hope so). You can check the older posts regarding the same subject.

I guess you can just ask your employer to give you an NOC for your sponsoring of your mother.

In that letter, aside from their no objection of bringing your mother here, will also indicate your current salary. No need to go to labor office, since your company issuing NOC is as clear as the daylight that you are working for them.

I have done that, since I have brought my sister here, and when I applied for family visit visa then, they asked my company NOC for my family member application.

By the way, family member applications ofr visit visa must be done at IMMIGRATION OFFICE at Gharaffa.

If your wife is here, bring the passport copy and Qatar ID of your wife, to prove that your family, aside from your mother is already here.

Good luck

Your company should have a copy of your labour contract and you should have a copy too. This was the document you signed indicating your salary, position etc. in the compnay that you are working with
