I have the following situation and need an advise:
I am working with local private company for more than 4 years and got an offer from oil and gas company. What are the procedures to change the sponsorship and what are the chances to get NOC from my current employer? What if my current employer will not agree to give me NOC, do i have a right to have it? Is there any solution for it to transfer to new job sucessfully?

NOC is discretion of the current employer. To give or not to give. GOODLUCK !

Well it depends on your manager if he/she will give you a release,normally 60% of them are giving NOC,if not the you have to stay with your current work.

SIMPLE///talk to your Manager and if it is possible they will do it for you and if not they will let you know
