Need advice regarding work visa in Qatar and UAE
Hai Guys,
Right now i am in big trouble,recently i got a job in UAE and they provided me with an Employment visa and when i came to qatar for cancelling my qatar visa unfortunately my sponsor is not here and he will take another 10 days to come back and i cannot wait till that as i have important job over there, i need his signature for cancelling the visa, So my doubt is can i go back to UAE and stamp my residence permit in UAE without cancelling my qatar visa?
My employer in Qatar don't have any issue to let me go as mine is a free visa (i paid for this visa) but i am afraid that if i go back to Dubai on my Dubai employment visa and if i am not able to stamp my visa on my passport then i think i cannot come back to Qatar.
u already have residence visa issued for dubai so its not a problem to enter dubai having ur qatar visa valid unless ur employer provides u with the exit permit. u can come back qatar at ur convinence to cancel but be carefull this all depends upon ur employer how he reacts ur resignation.
My advice is surely to complete all formalities here and move further
why do you need to issue your visa in Dubai so urgent? Can’t you wait till your qatari sponsor comes back? Go to Dubai, start working there, then come to Doha in a couple of weeks (45 minutes flight, what's the problem?), cancel your RP here, and issue one in Dubai. Typically you CAN NOT have a dual residency in GCC, and it’s not a big deal to work in Dubai for 10-12 days without a working visa. When we come to Qatar, sometimes it takes up to 3 months to issue an RP here, so what’s the problem to wait 10 days for visa in Dubai?
I thnik you may stay out from Qatar for 6 Months .and there should be no restrctions to go any country or get residence during this period.
But not 100% Sure.....
