is it possible to get my husband RP under my sponsorship??
because we had a bad luck taking rp with the company ..please help

I have colleagues who are Asian, indian, filipino who sponsor their husbands, so Jjane you are not correct.

It is not just for westerners! .... As you are a Nurse I would certainly try.

hi, there's nothing wrong on trying...try your luck..i knew some of our girl friends sponsored her husband...they are both Filipinos...

try 1st and no regret at all either your application to be approve or disapprove.

like what i said, if you are from a western country you can sponsor your husband but if you are from asian country, you cannot...

YES a wife can sponsor a husband and children.... I have been doing just that for the last five years along with many of my female colleagues who are nurses like you. I think it is harder to get than a man sponsoring a wife and depends on the profession I think, but I work in a hospital and certainly it s not impossible. Speak to your HR department.

you cannot sponsor your husband a residence visa. only family visit visa. immigration department only allows husband to sponsor wife and children. wife are not allowed to sponsor their husband for a residence visa unless you came from western country wherein there is an excemption of sponsorship.

Yes you can. But you need a letter of consent from your company. And your salary must be at least 10k.
