I am an Indian national working at Saudi Arabia as telecom engineer. After completing my bachelors in engineering in 2001,I happened to change my name to my present name in 2003. So, I have different names on my degree certificate and passport. Eventhough I work as a telecom engineer in Saudi, I on a mechanical designer visa which didn't require submission of attested certificates to get the visa.My degree certificate is attested by Saudi embassy for which I had submitted copy of gazette publication as proof of change of name.

Now, I have a better offer from Qatar for the post of telecom engineer which would require submission of certificates for engineer visa processing. Other than qatar embassy attestation, what additional documents should I be submitting for this processing?Is it a name change affidavit attested by Qatar embassy saying that the person mentioned as say 'X' in certificate and the persion mentioned as say 'Y' in Indian passport are one and same person.

Please advice.
