I am under my sponsor for almost 4yrs and I have decided to resign on my job and apply to another company which is not under my sponsor.  My working visa will be cancel in due time with NOC but my sponsor wants me to exit, a lot of people asking me why i have to exit Qatar if I have NOC? and they telling too that It's okay for me not to, however I am still confuse and a little bit hesistant to follow it, but in case is it possible?

2nd, My husband and I have agreed that he will apply for a Family Visit Visa which we both think that it is the fastest way for me to return back here. What are the needed documents for my husband to fix for him to apply for me a Family visit visa and what are the steps. I am planning to exit in Dubai or Bahrain. How many days will I stay there? How big is the chance that our application for Family visit visa will be approve.

Thank you for any advice, or answer re my query.

Also this is the current sponsor's choice, you can kindly request him to let you transfer directly, but he has the final say. Best is, to get new sponsor to atleast have approved visa of your nationality available, so soon as you exit, new sponsor can apply for your visa,... it will take 3 days if new company PRO is not lazy. So practically, you can be back in Qatar in 3 -4 days. Consider it as paid vacation, as old sponsor should pay for your exit ticket, and new sponsor should pay for your entry ticket to Qatar :)Hope this info helps.

Seems what your current sponsor wants to do is not lose his visa approval for your nationality. With him cancelling your visa, and sending you out of the country, he can re-use your nationality visa approval and get someone else of your same nationality and job role. On the other hand, if you transfer directly in Qatar to another employer, your current sponsor loses that visa.It might be that your current sponsor does not want to re-apply for new visa's or he might not get visa approval of a requested nationality as to the reason why he is wanting to cancel your visa and let you exit Qatar. This is the current sponsor's choice, you can kindly request him to let you transfer directly, but he has the final say. If you have NOC with you there's no need to exit. Your new company can process your new visa. For family visa your husband salary must be 7500QR. And he needs letter of approval from his company. Your marriage certificate should be authenticated in P.I.DFA and P.I.Qatar Embassy through DHL courier. You should be ready with these documents before your husband applies for the family visa. That's all.
