if you are both working in qatar, the husband should be the one to sponsor his children, but if the wife is the only one who is working here, she can sponsor her children...

This is possible but difficult. Your wife can sponsor you children but she should meet all criteria set by Immigration Department. Better consult company PRO for requirements and paperworks. You could also seach here in QL for information on previous Q&A's

Yes its possbile depends on your wife's company! My husband's former company in Qatar sponsored his female collague's children. His other female colleague sponsor her husband and children! so its is possible depends on the company.
