My perivious company demanding ransom to cancel the Visa
I previously worked three and half years in Qatar as an agriculture specialist (in Gulf Botanic Gardens Trading and Contracting W.L.L. (GBG) owner was Mr. Afsar Miya) then the company refused to give me NOC when am leaving, now there is only 3 months to complete my two years out bound period. The above mentioned company which is been blacklisted due to many labour problems.
Mr. Afsar Miya the previous owner of the company which I worked has newly opened a company (New global trading & contracting and services W.L.L.) now they have applied another visa without my permission, to stop me coming back to work in Qatar and I did speak to Mr. Afsar Miya about this but he’s asking me to pay a ransom money to cancel it, because there is already a visa been issued I can’t apply another visa without this visa is been cancelled by him.
Please help me what can I do about this?

arrange all the documents you have of your's as well as of the concerned company and visit labour department , hopefully if your reason is valid surely you'll be helped.
Take your matter to the Human Rights Committee and hopefully they would be able to guide you.
