My friend has Hepatitis B but is not contageous

My friend has hepatitis b but its not contagious. She's from the Philippines and I'm already here. What I read was the Health commission is strict on some job categories like teaching, the food industry and such. But it doesn't convince me. It gives me hope that this information exists but I need up-to-date references and people I could contact to confirm it.

My questions are: 1. Is it true that she can get a job if she will work in none of the restricted categories like in the food industry, around children, medical staff and such?

2. What way will she be able to get RP/Work permit and who needs to vouch for her.

Up-to-date researched opinions are welcome along with references and if you had experienced this case as well- please do share with us.

And if you are Filipino, please join us in facebook and search for Filipinos in Qatar. Mabuhay.

You're not showing any references and I know that's just your personal opinion. There're a lot of forums in QA abt hepatitis B that can show more positive results than what you had posted. But thanks for your opinion anyways.

There is no such thing as non-contageous hepa b. Hepa b is viral and it is transferable. Even those who are chronic hepa b patients symptoms are few or maybe none but still they can infect others.
