Between Holiday villa signal and Doha cinema signal.

when you got from Holiday villa signal to Doha cinema signal you can see right side after 3 pocket roads.

It is on C Ring Road. If you're going from Muntazah traffic signal towards Doha Cinema traffic signal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Attestation office is on your right side, beside Audi cars showroom,approximately 200 meters before Doha Cinema traffic signal.

Working days starts at 8:00am. Any one can go, needs to get a Que token and wait. Once your turn comes, it takes only 2 minutes and you are done.
