sly for pregenant lady they do spoical medical check up.that why they asked you to come beck after two day. just try to go there and make sure your medical result cleared. then 2 days after your application should be ready at the fingerprint dept.(CID). thats it and in couble of days your RP should be ready.

hi

Regarding the form just take your passport and medical papers to any arabic typing centre

(i.e)

1. Najma : near to hotbread bakery, after passing hotbread bakery towards najma mosque you'll find a arabnet computer/cafe, the typist is next to it

2. SALWA ROAD : after passing azizia roundabout towards fort roundabout of industrial area on your right you'll find a cafe named aljazeera internet cafe, you can do it there. (very near to CID office)

3. SOUQ area which is near to grand hamad street.

hope it helps.

If you completed medical no need to go to the medical commision again. Your medical papers will arrive at the CID office directly. Now you need to visit CID office in salwa road for finger print and once done your RP is assured. I suggest you to go to CID office after 5 days starting from the day you had medical.

Hope its understood to you. Remember before going to CID office, get the forms ready for finger prints. The forms must be typed in arabic (you can try Jazeera Internet cafe nearby the CID office can help you regarding this, they just charge 20-25Qr).

If you completed 2 working days after medical and didn't receive any call/sms there's absolutely nothing to worry, it means your medical is approved and they transferred it through the system to CID office for finger prints.

Good luck, may almighty allah bless you a beautiful and pious son/daughter.

Note : - If there's any serious ill or problem with medical report they will call by phone or sms asking to come to medical commision with passport, in that case once on reaching they will cancel the RP.
