Medical - after 1 month?

I've been working here for more than a month now under working visa. I still haven't had my medical yet. My employer said they will send me next week,because they are still waiting for the visa of my other colleague. Is it still okay to have the medical? Because I've read some forums that said we need to have medical within 2 weeks after arriving in Qatar.
Need help.Thanks!

I've been here for 3 1/2 months and have not done my medical yet too..

First: done PM Adnan Khan.

Second: Yes it's ok if you don't do your medical checkup in the first 2 weeks. But you have to get everything done before your 3 months visa validity expires.
