May visa po ako talaga or wala ?

Ako po ay magtatanong lang sana po ay matulungan nyo ako kc naguguluhan po ako. Dumating po ako d2 sa Doha as a visit visa nung june 26, 2011, then nakahanap po ako ng trabaho then after matapos ung 1 month tourist visa ko sabi ng amo ko ay ikukuha ako ng visa sa labas kc wala cyang available ngayun na visa para sa pilipina, Then inapply nya ako ng residence visa daw then binigyan nya ako gn copy na which is ang nakalagay ay Date of issue is 2011-08-02 Entry before 2012-01-29, Purpose of visa is Visit then ang visa type ay work visa, duration of residence is 5 yrs. Pero until now ay hindi pa ako nagmemedical. Then sabi nila mag exit daw muna ako sa pinas para dun ko hintayin ung bagong visa na ipapadala sa akin which is galing na sa company ko kc meron na daw cla ngaun, at saka makikisabay daw ako sa mga bagong hired nila na galing sa agency. Then itinanong ko sa knila na if ever na ikancel ko yung visa ko nung una pwede ba, ang sabi nila sa akin mabibigyan daw ako ng ban kc may visa na daw ako. Then ask ko sa kanila nagbibigay ba ng NOC ung dati kung sponsor sabi nila sa akin after 1 yr daw, pero bakit nila ako pinauuwi sa pinas para dun ko hintayin ung visa na ipapadala nila sa akin na bago daw na visa para maitransfer yung visa ko sa bagong visa ng company. Kaya naguguluhan ako kung may visa ba talaga ako or wala? or baka six month lang ang visa ko d2 sa qatar. Maraming salamat po kung matutulungan nyo ako...

Sa aking pagka intindi sa situation mo. Wala silang visa na maibigay sayo kaya pa uwiin ka nila muna. Ang visa na hinahawakan mo ngayon ay extension yan sa 1st visa mo na visit nung dumating ka ng Qatar. Kung meron sana silang visa di na nila kailangan i.extend ang visit visa mo at dika na papauwiin. Usually it takes 3 months only to get your pataka at ganap ka na na working visa. Kaya ka nila papauwiin dahil wala silang visa para sayo. Visit visa pa rin ang hawak mo ngayon at mag end after 6 months, bago mag 6 months kailangan maka uwi ka ng pinas. Try mo kausapin ang employer mo kung pwede kaba maka hanap ng trabaho sa iba kung wala talaga silang visa para sayo, para di ka na maka uwi. Pero kung gusto mo talaga ang company nila eh di uwi ka na lang at hintayin ang visa nila na working.
