steps in getting Letter from Phil Embassy when you Change in Name in your passport due to change in status.
STEPS are as follows:

A. Philippine Embassy ( First day)Dafna Area First is to have the following documents ready

3. Copy of Both old and new passport
4. Copy of ID card
5. 100 QAR cash for every page of the document you wanted to be Stamped by Philippine Embassy Qatar
(here you will pay for the Certification which explains the change in surname in the passport from Single to married status.)

When you have all the documents needed you have to submit the document to Phil Embassy (open from 8-12 / 1-3) and you can have the certification the next working day between 1Pm-3Pm.

B. Philippine Embassy (2nd day)Dafna Area

When you receive the Certification with Stamp and Signature from the Embassy proceed to any Arabic Translation Company to Translate your Certification in Arabic

1. Opens from 8AM-12NN / 4PM-9PM
2. Payment is 40 QAR per page cash
Documents here can processed a minimum of 1 hour.

Next is to go to
D. Ministry of Foreign Affairs Extension attestation office (Along corniche road after Qatar Museum)
1. Female section is on first building M Floor
2. you have to present both Certification (English and Arabic)
3. prepare your Credit card or ATM for payment (20 QAR per document to be stamp) Only arabic needs stamping if the documents needed will be used within the country, both documents needs to be stamped (english and arabic) if the documents will be used outside the country.

after foreign affairs go to the next location

E. Chamber of Commerce (along Al Hilal Road across C-Ring Road)
1. prepare the stamped document Arabic and English and bring it to Chamber of Commerce
2. get your number and wait
3. after they check your papers they will ask you to go to the cashier and pay 50 QAR per document
4. Method of payment is either cash ( needs to show your RP) or your ATM/Credit card
after paying wait until you are called and you can have your documents.

F. Go back to Philippine Embassy for the authentication of the arabic translation
( unfortunately i have been denied to do this)
i believe that the arabic translation does not need the stamp from Phil embassy.

Thank you.

Pero kulang pa yan ,dahil mas maganda kung magpachange name ka rin sa QID(RP)at marami ring lalakarin .Pero once na natapos naman ay sulit.
