My friend is leaving the country, he has cancelled his RP, possibly within couple of days he is leaving the country, he ows me some good amount of money but unfortunately he failed on his commitments.

My question is:-

1.After the cancellation of RP the Police or immigration will take the case to stop him at Airport like Travel Ban without paying my dues he should not travel the country.

I don’t think police would stop him after cancellation of RP, as well as BEFORE it. I don’t think police has anything to do with your personal issues… Unless it's a law violation/crime.. He didn't steal your money i guess...

I have not failed any case so far? I was having faith that he will pay my money before he leavs the country, but now I came to know he cancelled his RP
