labor permit for under husband sponsor

i am presently working but under a family visa, i am required to have a labor permit as per Qatar labor law, but i would like to find out whether this labor permit will be processed by whom? is it my obligation to file or process this one or is it our company's duty? Is there any law stating who's responsible in processing this permit?

once you have a contract it is your responsibility it doesn't take more than an hour at the labour department. You will need to take your contract and a small amount of cash
