I was terminated from my current job as accountant. Last working day mentioned in termination letter as 5th August. One month completed as on 4th September. Handing over to new accountant also completed. Still indefinitely delaying the formalities of repatriation for no reason. What is the maximum period for repatriation procedure?

If you stay longer, you will simply be bearing additional expenses. However, if you have decided to go back then you can take assistance from Human Rights Committee and then the Labour Office. But first try to work out a solution with the management of your company in a friendly way and take the above action as a last resort.
