Hi. We just recently processed our family visa. First, you should have their scanned/photocopied passport and DFA authenticated birth certificate and marriage certificate (for your wife) for visa application in qatar. After the visa notice is released, send it to them via e-mail and have them print it.
Now, for stamping, they need the original passport, medical certificate, visa notice and 2x2 pictures in white background. (plus 2 photocopies of all the documents)
***or they can call any DHL branch to verify the documents needed for visa cert of family visa***
Send the documents via DHL since they are the accredited agency of the Qatar Embassy. The process fee for visa certification is 2550php each. And it will take 5 working days.
1. Does my wife Birth and Degree certificates are part of the required documents?
2. For my child, birth certificate in red ribbon only?
3. I will send those documents to Qatar Embassy in PHL via DHL for stamping and bring it here for visa application. Does photocopy will suffice or I should have the original?
4. If I received the visa, can they travel using photocopy of visa or they must have the original?
Also tell your wife to include medical certificate "fit to travel" along with all the documents you mention and sent to Qatar embassy for stamping thru DHL/World Wide Express..she may inquire to any DHL branch bout the clinics accredited by Qatar embassy..
