The best thing you have to do is tell your sister or any one of your family to check with Qatar Embassy in Manila

wether the Visa Extension has to be stamped in her passport or no need because even she has 05 years visa stamped in her passport as a rule in Qatar a Person holding wether a Work or Family Visa, staying outside Qatar for more than 06 Months it's automatically considered her/his visa are invalid.

By the way I want to ask you is your sister Departing from which Airport in the Philippines is it Cebu or Manila? Because some Kabayan saying no need and the other is saying it's required so payo ko lang bilang kapatid. As far as I know in Manila Airport mahigpit unless you know someone or you have to give a pangkape pero in DOllAR not PESO to the staff at the immigration, pero kung sa Cebu ay hindi masyadong mahigpit.

There is no need to go to Qatar Embassy in Philippines. Just have her bring that visa extension copy once she comes back here in Doha. I had done the same for my wife recently.

hi kabayan, if the case is like this , you need to apply new visa since he didnt return here for 6 months but when you apply visa, you need to attach his old iqama (copy) and all pertaining Documents required and this is to be done in labor department! it will quite easy because he has already record in labor dept. and his residency ID # will be the same with the old. im telling you this because you have similar case with my daughter.

This is Josefa, your kabayan. Advise your sister to go to the Qatar Embassy in the Philippines and have the extention letter to be stamped to her passport, this is necessary and compulsary. If your place of residence is outside metromanila, visit any DHL office in your area and they will do the necessary to have her exit/re-entry visa extension stamped by the Qatar Embassy in her passport.

wala pa pong six months dapat nan d2 na sya bago mag october

pero since hindi po sya makaka balik kasi na aaral

Ang alam ko lahat ng issued visa sa Qatar 5 years ang duration..

Tapos kailangan mong makapag-obtain ng Residence Permit..at renewable sya...may two years at one year..

Ang alam ko, pag family sponsor, di na kailangan ng exit permit..kailangan mo lang bumalik bago mag 6 months para hindi macancel ang Residence Permit mo..Kasi after 6 months at hindi ka bumalik ng Qatar...hindi na valid yun, kahit di pa expire ang validity period..

my sister has a residency permit (5yrs) here in doha she went here for 10 months then she go home manila to study

she has an exit visa for 6 months but she cant go here yet, my dad paid the exit extension here at doha for the exit visa extension, for the exist visa extended since my sister is still studying in manila

do we need to bring the exit visa extion to qatar embassy in manila or nothing more to do?

what she need to do when goin back here. i already send here the copy of the exit visa extension.
