Next month I am moving from Dubai to Qatar. Every contract says about probation period. The new company gave me a contract with 6 months of probation period which makes me nervous, but there is no other choice I have to join. Can anybody tell me if they come accross cases where the employee was terminated during probation period and for what reasons...What is the job security in Qatar is there Hire and Fire kind of companies? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Bro, Hire and Fire situations happens anywhere not only in Qatar the main reason that they do this is that the employee does not meet their expectations. If you really know your job and responsibilities, then why should you worry?
