I got a job offer to work in qatar last month (may 1st). this company hoping to open a shop this month (june). 3 weeks ago I settled all requirements to my agency here in manila. Such as medical,signing draft contract,nbi authenticated by dfa and qatar embassy, including passport with 2x2 and passport size for visa stamping. And now when i ask for update the agency (manila) told me that the employer in qatar is still processing the job order and they are waiting for this as well to proceed to poea.

Question:

is it really possible to apply for working visa if there's no job order?

How long it takes to get the employer a job order in qatar?
