How long after termination,does a local hired person has to wait before applying for a new job.Again,this question is for somebody , whose sponsorship is also shifted to the company.

So,if he/she is terminated from their Company (who also have their sponsorship),how much time does he or she generally has to wait , before applying for a new job.

But i am told that after termination,it may take 3 months or so.So,in that duration,he won't be able to apply since his sponsorship would still be in the process of RENEWING...

He can join one day after if he wants. There is no legal requirement to remain jobless for some time before a joining a new company. That said, he will obviously not be able to join quickly as sponsorship transfer takes few weeks.
