Is it possible to transfer my VISA to new company giving "transfer of sponsorship" without completing 2 years?

I've been here in Qatar for one year and four months. I got new job again and I got "transfer of sponsorship" already from my previous sponsor. Is this enough to transfer my VISA to new sponsor? Or do i need to ask for "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC)"? Is it possible to transfer without completing two years? Is there any difference between NOC and Transfer of Sponsorship? Or what is the best way to do? Please help...

1 year service is enough to transfer your sponsorship. May be required an NOC.
