You see how risky to illegally buy visas. I am not sure what nationality you are. But depends on this factor you might be caught while you transfer your sponsorship and kicked out of the country. Some nationalities are very hard to get a work visa, and if CID will figure out that the visa has been purchased, ooohhhh dear.. God bless you then!
blueqatar,am wondering, what kind of "own work visa(free visa)" do you have? There is no such legal visa in qatar like "you own work visa(free visa)". You have already violated the law by 'buying' a sponsorship and RP.
Now, you cannot transfer your sponsorship under other company unless you have completed 1 year with the same sponsor, regardless to having or not a NOC.
Now, you CAN NOT give a NOC to anyone, not now, no in 1-3-10 years, unless YOU are a sponsor, which you are not. YOU are the one who might be or might be not given a NOC. There is no such thing like "to be eligible" for the NOC. Giving (or not) a NOC is entirely Sponsor's prerogative.
But again, as I have said, even you will get your NOC you won't be able to transfer your sponsorship before 1 year is completed.

I heard, you need to complete one year to get the sponsorship changed. I am not sure about it? Can somebody help ???
If your new company does not know the procedures, you better don't work for them.
