Is it possible to find job in Qatar with a business visa?

Hi, a friend of mine is in Korea now and he worked in Qatar for two months in 2010. Because of some personal reasons, he quitted the job in Qatar and went back to Korea. During the time in Qatar, he was very happy and found that he really loves this country. Though he didnot want to leave, he had to. Now he resolved his problem and decide to come back, but his sponsor can only provide him a business visa. I wonder if he can come to find job which can give him a work visa? Is it easy or the company will even refuse to give him an interview? We really need your advice.

He can find job while on business visa but it depends if his company has visa quota for his nationality which i presume is Korean.
