The company(Current sponsor ) is a Govt Company in RAS Laffan Industrial area and the proposed new Company is also a Govt Company in Govt Company in RAS Laffan Industrial area.

I am an Indian M 36 Engineer (B.E.)

There isn't a yes/no answer to this question. There are 'yes, if' answers, and 'no, but' answers.

It will depend on:

Your sponsor - is he important, is he an individual, is he a company, is he from the government.

You - Your nationality, age, education, gender.

Your new job - private sector, public sector, senior, junior etc.

In a worse case scenario your sponsor will agree, issue the NOC, and then the Ministry of Interior will reject the application and deport you.

You need to tell us more about each of the above three points before anyone can give a firm answer.

Yeah You Can Change Your Sponser In 12 month , its quiet Easy .

Terms and Conditions in Qatar Are Easy going , U just Need a No Objection Permit from your sponser and a visa from the company you`re transfering your papers to.

and thats it.

Your employee will have to provide you with an NOC. Good Luck...

yes,you can,provided your current sponsor should b of high humanitarian nature,since he should give u the permission to change the sponsor..other than this no way.

Yes, unless your former employer states otherwise and doesn't approve of it.

Also, read your contract (if any) which you have signed with the former employer. You might be breaching some points.
