are you sure you will not be banned here in Doha? my friend case he works in his current sponsor for 6 months he will transfer to other company with NOC, but as per advice to his new company he will exit to his point of origin and they will send the new visa, plane ticket & back here in Doha. Please confirm coz he need to decide next week to accept the offer of the new company or stay on the old company.
Transfering sponsorship during first year of service is very difficult. But as u have noc you can cancel the current visa and can come back on new visa immediately.

yes if you have NOC no problem you can change sponsorship
as long you finish your one year, and you have NOC, NO PROBLEM at all.
