I came last week at qatar thru employment visa,my RP is an under process it will take a atleast 1 month time.I need to bring my family immediately,Any one explain the procedure for visa process with out my RP.

You should have some patience. You just arrived, the RP is not yet stamped and you are in hurry to bring your family! First setlle yourself and then think of bringing them.

Without RP it is "impossible" to apply for family visa.

You still have to wait.

Ask the mandoob in your company for possibilities on this matter

bring them on a tourist (hotel) visa. 700 QR per person. max stay 1 month. non extensible as far as i remember.
