Is it necessary to cancel present visa in one GCC country to get anohter GCC visa?

Hi All
Got a question from one of my friend who presently in UAE. He has received the job oppertunity in Qatar but the present co. in uae is not ready to cancel his present UAE Visa. Is that possible if he comes to Qatar and stamp the visa over here? Should it cancel the present UAE Visa? If the co. is not willing to cancel then what he can do?

no its been 1 year back qatar has change the rules and its possible now to have 2 gcc visa on the passport

and your friend can come to qatar and stamp the visa

but if he leave uae with closing this issue with the local sponser thier they will file case against him

its better to find way to cancel and its easy
