Interpol Oman and Qatar, False case

Manpower arranged meeting with my old sponsor and tried to solve. but it was not solved and then they again called me personally and told me that if ur case go to court u will be in big problem and it is time consuming, so go and join back the company and work for 10 months to complete 2 yrs until ur visa expires or else go back to india.

Upon their suggestion i decided to join back the old company but he agreed to take me back with a strict 2 yrs contract from that date and the salary was wat they giv i had to take.

So i told this to manpower and they told me to go back to india, and i came back to india and got a job in qatar and joined here.

after that i faced this problem.

After that i went to my old sponsor and convinced hem for 500 OMR, but he did not take 500 OMR instead send me on leave without exit..

and i told this to my omani friend and gave back his 500 OMR but he told me to come back again for him and promissed that he ll solve this prob.

so i came back to oman for my new friend and he took me to the manpower and complaind this to them.

the whole truth is that, i had resigned the company as per my offer letter and had given one month notice period but they din accept my resignation. i was waiting for about 2 months, they were asking for the money that they had spent for the visa my ticket and some of the courses that they have provided and it was around 1500 OMR its around 15000 QR. but i refused to give,

then they told me to vacate the accomodation, at that time one omani friend told me to convince them for 500 OMR and he was ready to pay with the condition that i have to come back to oman again and work for the new omani friend.

i convincied them and they agreed for 500, and at the time of exit they told that we will not giv u exit instead u go to leave and do not come back to oman again.

but this friend of mine told that i had helped u and u cannot cheat me. u come to oman again and i ll solve ur problem.

so after going for the leave i came back again and to the new omani friend and he provide me the accomodation and i stayed there for one month and he took me to the manpower and we submitted this issue to them.

they called my previous sponsor to settle the case.

and the manpower privately called me and told that if ur case go to the courrt u will be the suferer it will take a long time.

and suggested me to join back the company again and finish ur visa and go exit. or else u go back to india and come after the ban (6 months)

as per their suggestion they asked my old sponsor to take me back and told me to go and meet my old sponsor. and i went to my old sposnor and was ready to work till my visa expires, but he told me that i have to work for 2 yrs from now and to sign a very strict contract, and i asked abt my salary then he told fwat ever i give u should take.

so i again went to manpower and told them the situation and then they suggested me to go back to india and i came back again to india and from there i found the job in qatar and came over here.

honestly this is my true story..

so please help me, i m really upset with my situation.

Interpol would never get involved in something like this. Maybe you are not telling the whole truth.

I believe you have put yourself into this position. You should have shown some professional behaviour and resigned from your job in Oman if you did not intend to continue on the job.  My going on a holiday and not returning back is an irresponsible act on your end, and you need to realise this.You may know some trade secrets from your Omani employer, which if shared to third party could cause loss or damage to them.  If this is the case, they are right to pursue you for confidentiality breach.However, if you genuinely need a solution to this, you need to apologize to your ex-employer in Oman, and submit a declaration that you wouldn't use their inforation in anyway harmful to them.  This way, they could consider dropping the case. Good luck!
