My friend is over stay in qatar for last 17th months now he want to go so whats the procedure to depart, need guidelines

better to stay in jail atleast free board & lodging. How he do that unnoticed by his room mate?

you have to pay the fortune, good 17 months !!!!!!! wondering and i feel nothing wrong with strict rules in this part of the world.
