Infant Visa

My infant child is 7 weeks old. Will a visa be granted upon arrival? what documents are needed (other than the child's passport) for the child to come to Qatar? Will appreciate feedback from anybody in a similar situation in the recent past.

just go to main immigration with your her passport, ID picture and QID ,a copy of your QID,renewal form ( you can have it at the cabin in front of building 2 and 3) ATM(debit card).

Go to building 2 for the renewal.

there are people there who can give you form and type the necessary information you needed (very minimal feel thou). Just make a photo copies of your own RP and your wife's RP! I think they increase the fee now for the renewal of RP for family-sponsored!

How do I renew my wife's RP expiring in about a week. My company will not take care of this for me. Any idea where to start?

Visa is not required for infant less than 1 yr old...they'll let you pass as long as you have the passport.
