Is it true that the BAN on Indian house maids has been lifted?One of my friend was telling yesterday that Indian House maids are allowed to come to Qatar.

Please let me know if it is true.I am looking for a Indian house maid visa to bring a house maid from India(thru a Qatari sponsor).

There was no ban for Indian House maids in Qatar.

Indian embasy has stopped attesting House maid job contracts , with out that contract it is impossible to get the immigration clearence from India..So you can contact Indian embassy for correct info...
