My brother now in Indian army, age 39,will be retired from service on May 2009.I would like to bring him here as a heavy driver or as sequrity guard.I m working here as a technician in a privat co. . So i have notmuch money for free visa. Somebody can help me?

As has been said many times in QL, there is no such thing as buying a "free" visa. It is illegal. However, your brother can come in on a tourist or visit visa and look for a job.
