imy company is closed while i am on holiday,company says no realese,can i still apply for new company??

my passport exist visa till 30th sep 2009,some says i can apply to new company after 30th sep 2009 and some says i still need "noc" from closed sponser so, please giude me for whole matter with right way.

You can apply for a job but you need an NOC from your previous sponsor in order to work legally to your new company, and if the company is close and the registration is not valid then there is no way for you to reenter Qatar
