I acquire NOC from my previous company and transfer to another company (considered as local hired).Im working for 1 year and 4 months now but my employer is not treating me well. He makes me work like a labor well in fact they hire me as a Supervisor. And he's not giving my housing allowance for 2 months and our salary is always delay (19 to 20 days.I want to transfer to another company but he will not give me NOC .For this reason is it possible to get NOC or how can i acquire NOC?

NOC is always the prerogative of the employers, locally hired or not. Unless it was stipulated in your contract that you will be given after a certain period of time or in such a case..... But, there is always a way to get one if you are insistent in getting it, you just need to be creative.

This is also the same situation with my husband. He was hired as Supervisor but actual job is like labor. They are correct, my husband worked in their mercy since they will not give NOC even locally hired. This really a very sad reality. And that my husband has no choice but to just continue working for the sake of our children's sake.

But deep inside our hearts, we want to quite and just live with a simple life. With freedom and true happiness. But we always go back to our future's sake.

If you want to stay qatar then you have to work under same sponsor unless you managed him to get NOC.

You should have asked this from your new employer before you signed the contract. You are now under their sponsorship and their mercy. It does not matter if you are locally hired or not.

Only they can decide if you can get NOC or not.
