Get the NOC from your present employer first that could help you to return back to QATAR within a month on visit visa to find a job again..
if you won't succeed in getting NOC, be ready to face the ban for 2 YEARS..
If your present sponsor give no objection you can come any time.Otherwise two years you have to wait
2 years before you can return
